Refund policy
All of Olee Maatee’s products are handmade by our artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products that are not regarded as a defect. Digital screens too are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. We strive to make every purchase made with us a seamless experience. We also take great care while delivering our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, here are options for return or exchange.
Considering the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion we deem fit to solve a particular case. Under certain circumstances, only if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, we will notify you and thereafter process a refund.
After your exchanged request qualifies, we communicate the same to you and schedule a reverse pick-up from the same location as the address of delivery within 3-4 business days. We request you to not ask for a different address for pick-up and/or exchange delivery.
Please ensure that the product returned is in the state you received it – unused. Please repack the product in the packaging received including product tag, order invoice and any other original document accompanying the product.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oleemaatee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
